rain and lost luggage.
i quickly realized that one of two things happened to said luggage.
it was either stolen by some fast moving la native who didnt realize they had the wrong suitcase or it was lost in denver, my transition point between dulles and la.
i was hoping for the latter.
i received my luggage at 11 last night, courtesy of frontier airlines. everything seems to be in place and exactly the way i left it. messy.
but losing my luggage almost seemed worthwhile after the surprise party my lovely married friend threw for me friday night.

it made coming back to california just a little better.
school starts tomorrow with graduation just around the corner.
i want to enjoy these last few months that i am here.
and eating several homemade fudge cupcakes with friends is certainly a start.
