while sis may have taken the 52 books in 52 weeks challenge, i have decided to set a much smaller goal for myself. since i am fully aware of my procrastination tendencies, i instead have chosen to read 12 classics in 12 months.

after re-watching jane eyre last night, i remember the magic of reading the first lively interactions between the brooding mr. rochester and virtuous jane eyre.
and while i did read quite a few classics in high school, i might have perused cliff notes more than the text.

im excited to re-visit chilly green moors, settle into fashionable society and listen in on the complexities of relationships.
ah the sweet torture.
