i wanted to add:
while i was away this weekend i took myself into town saturday morning in search of coffee (but of course).
i came across a lovely starbucks.
as i sat down with my beth moore book, i asked the woman next to me if the seat was taken.
and indeed it was not.

then, almost as if in slow motion, she slowly turns her book over on the table.

well. hello beth moore. you have never looked better than when smiling up at me from someone else's book.

i grinned.
the woman started to look a little nervous.
then i flipped my book over.
(maybe i had mine cover side down. maybe im a little insecure to walk around with a book about insecurities. maybe)

oh no way. she says.
indeed, say i.

God thing, i think.

we spent the next hour sharing our stories and talking about our fragile insecurities.
what a wonderful way to spend my morning.
