Scouting for the Weekend.

The Girl Scouts are out in droves these days (bless their little hearts), but we spent our weekend with the Boy Scouts.

The annual Boy Scout Spaghetti Dinner for Troop 773 was Saturday evening. It's always held at the local United Methodist Church, and it's always a community sight to behold. 

Fine dining it is not.

But, oh my, it is most endearing to glance around a room filled to the brim with children, grandparents, old friends, neighbors, and first year Boy Scouts. Our group enjoyed plenty of laughter as we took in all the antics (and by antics, I mean people-watching). It was a delightful evening, and we were thrilled to spend it with our favorite Boy Scout!
