on july 31st, one of the most wondrous events comes to cable tv. and i am not talking about those many reality shows that i would never be caught watching.
i am referring to shark week, a full seven days of cinematic dangerous wonder.
and while i am a firm believer that there is an albino shark living in the fresh water lake that i will be swimming in next week, the closest im willing to come to them is on the tv screen.

the cure for anything is salt water - sweat, tears, or the sea.
