Winter travel.

I know it's Friday...but I have to tell you about last Sunday. Because I spent the day in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia. And it was utterly charming...even in the rain/mist/sleet conditions. It was also my first time to visit the college town. This visit was a long time coming, let me tell ya. I think I squealed with delight for a good percentage of the afternoon! I thought of my Dad who went to school there, and my dear friend, Sarah, who called the lawn home while she studied there. And even Georgia O'Keeffe. Not that she's a dear friend. But she called Charlottesville home for a short stint, too.
