as i head home in t-15 hours, i can count on my left hand the things i am most looking forward to about thanksgiving in maryland.

my most favorite holiday pie

a chance to sit by a fire

and i suppose this bunch...

we can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures.
