back on the west coast...

its official. i'm back.
i flew into LAX monday morning...
i then proceded to go immediately to class until 10:30 at night.
needless to say, i was wiped out by the time i found my bed.

but i wouldnt trade any amount of sleep for it.
thanksgiving was lovely at home.
i think i ate my body weight several times over... on thursday...friday... and saturday....

hey.
i cant help it if pumpkin pie knows just how to call my name.

the week was filled with turkey tasting, football tackles, hikes on the canal, toasty fires, starbucks runs, lots of hugging, my siblings, christmas tree shopping, house decorating, dog squeezin', movie watching, sleeping in and lots of love...

and perhaps amidst all of that, i read the first three books of stephanie meyer's twilight series. and perhaps i might be totally obsessed with a certain vampire named Edward Cullen.

it was the best shameless, mindless read i have had in a while. the 5 hour plane ride flew by.
my new christmas wish list is as follows:
1. move to forks
2. meet edward
3. become a vampire

only kidding. at least the family hopes so.

this christmas season is my absolute favorite. and only 17 more days before big sister and i are reunited again.
i hope it flies by.
i miss her already...
