happy birthday america!

i dont know what came over me today, but i baked a cake.
and not your typical from a box mix. but your actual, 2 sticks of butter, vanilla extract and pounds of sugar, cake.

i was very proud of my accomplishment.


























we also dressed up desmond to see what he would look like in tomorrow's parade. he was very gracious with us.
